1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking a cleaning service with Hazely Cleaning Co. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Hazely Cleaning Co. provides residential and commercial cleaning services. The scope of each service is agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking where we reasonably determine it is unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings can be made via the contact form, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling at no charge.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service cost.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide as much notice as possible.

4. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.
  • Invoices unpaid after 14 days may attract a late payment fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of a completed service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply to pre-existing damage or conditions outside the scope of the booked service.

6. Access & Safety

  • You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises at the agreed time.
  • Please secure or remove fragile, valuable, or sentimental items prior to our arrival. We are not liable for damage to unsecured items.
  • You must disclose any known hazards (e.g., biohazards, pest infestations) prior to the appointment.

7. Liability

Hazely Cleaning Co. carries public liability insurance. Our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the cost of that service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Any claims for loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Hazely Cleaning Co. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
